What information do I need to submit in order for MMD (Miami Million Dollar) to promote your Transaction?
At Miami Million Dollar, we make it simple to promote your closing, increase your visibility, and connect with potential clients. To feature your closing as the Expert Agent in the area we require that the property has been sold for over $1 million and that you are the Listing Agent. If you are not the listing agent, we will need their authorization in writing to use the pictures of the property in our post.
In addition to that we will need you to send us:
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Your headshot in PNG or JPG (High Resolution)
- Property pictures you would like us to feature in high resolution (no more than 8 )
- MLS #
- Any additional Description or Hashtags you would like us to use in the Caption.
- Your Instagram account to Tag you in our post.
Feel free to include any additional information you would like to share in the transaction.
- Sellers name (optional)
- Buyers name (optional)
We will include in the Caption the Buyer's Agent information as well to ensure both sides of the transaction are documented.

Can I post a Transaction that has not been closed yet?
We exclusively publish posts featuring closed transactions, with the exception of transactions in pre-construction projects that have been placed under contract. This is because the closing for such transactions often takes place at a significant time interval from the initial contract signing.
Can my post be Removed?
There are certain cases where we may remove posts upon the request of a Landlord and we can only unarchive the post with written permission from the Owner of the Property. Additionally, if someone indicates that the deal has not yet closed or if there are claims that the deal is inaccurate and never occurred, we also consider removing the post. If your post has been removed, please contact us at customersuccess@miamimilliondollar.com.
